Bekasi Regency Development Planning Agency Receives Award for Best CSR Governance in West Java 2026

Jun 12, 2026 - The Bekasi Regency Government, through its Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), participated in the 2026 West Java Provincial Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Forum held in Bandung on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
At the forum, the Bekasi Regency CSR Facilitation Team received an award from the West Java Provincial Government as the Best Regional Government (First Place) in Advanced-Level CSR Governance** across West Java in 2026.
The Head of Bekasi Regency Bappeda, Dwy Sigit Adrian, expressed his gratitude for the recognition received by Bekasi Regency.
“We are grateful that the Bekasi Regency CSR Facilitation Team has been honored by the West Java Provincial Government as the top regional government with the best CSR governance in West Java for 2026,” said Sigit.
According to him, this achievement is the result of strong collaboration between the Bekasi Regency Government and its corporate partners, which have consistently supported CSR programs throughout the region.
“This accomplishment is undoubtedly the result of excellent collaboration with our CSR partners in Bekasi Regency. We sincerely thank all of our partners for their cooperation and support,” he said.
Sigit also expressed hope that the synergy between the local government and the business community would continue to grow and provide even greater benefits to society.
“We hope that everything we have achieved together will continue to bring benefits and blessings to the community,” he added.
In addition to the award received by the Bekasi Regency Government, several companies operating in Bekasi Regency were also recognized with CSR awards at the provincial level. These companies include PT Amazon Web Services, PT Cikarang Listrindo, PT Mulia Industrindo, PT Astra Honda Motor, PT Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, PT Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing, and PT Alfaria Trijaya.
Meanwhile, **Vina Sari Nalurita**, Head of the Economic Affairs and Natural Resources Division at Bekasi Regency Bappeda, explained that the CSR Governance Awards for regency and city governments in West Java are divided into two categories: Beginner Level and Advanced Level.
Beginner Level
- 1st Place: Purwakarta Regency
- 2nd Place: Banjar City
- 3rd Place: Garut Regency
Advanced Level
- 1st Place: Bekasi Regency
- 2nd Place: Bogor Regency
- 3rd Place: Karawang Regency
Vina noted that this year's achievement reflects an improvement over the previous year.
“Last year, we ranked second,” she stated.
She further emphasized that the award demonstrates the Bekasi Regency Government’s commitment to developing effective, transparent, and sustainable CSR governance through collaboration with the business sector, with the aim of supporting regional development and improving public welfare.
