Improving Public Health Quality in Muara Bakti Village: Babelan Co-Firing Power Plant Holds Community Health Service Program

Jun 2, 2026 - To support the improvement of public health in Kampung Utan, Dusun 2B, Muara Bakti Village, PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk’s Babelan Co-Firing Power Plant, in collaboration with healthcare professionals from Babelan II Community Health Center (Puskesmas) and local Posyandu cadres, organized a Community Health Service Program featuring various healthcare services. The initiative was warmly welcomed by local residents on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

As part of the program, the Company provided health screenings, including blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid tests, as well as free vitamins, medications, and health consultations. In conjunction with these activities, healthcare services and the distribution of Supplementary Feeding (PMT) were also provided for infants and toddlers living within the Company’s operational area.

A total of 130 beneficiaries from Dusun 2B, Muara Bakti Village, received positive benefits from this community health service program.

Representing the local community, Mr. H. Jali, Head of Neighborhood Association (RT) 011, expressed his gratitude to PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk.

"PT Cikarang Listrindo has provided many beneficial programs for our community. This free health check-up program is very helpful in ensuring that our residents remain healthy," he said.

Marmah, a Posyandu cadre from Sumber Alam, explained that the health of infants and toddlers is continuously monitored through Posyandu services.

"We would like to thank PT Cikarang Listrindo for providing monthly supplementary feeding support for our Posyandu. Through this event, we were also able to receive blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid screenings, as well as vitamins," she stated.

The Company hopes that, through this collaborative approach in implementing its Social and Environmental Responsibility initiatives, it can contribute to the well-being of the surrounding community and help improve public health development indicators, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being.
