
Distribution of Interim Dividend PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk

Jakarta, December 9, 2019 – PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (“Company”) (IDX: POWR) announced the distribution of interim dividend at the end of 2019 amounting to US$27,977,745 based on the results of the Joint Meeting of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors on December 6, 2019. The amount of cash dividend per share will be determined after taking into account the shares buyback on the Recording Date. This interim dividend payment plan is a form of the Company's commitment to always provide the best value to shareholders who have trusted the Company.
Based on the results of the consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2019, the Company managed to book a profit for the year of US$78.9 million or an increase of 30.1% from US$60.6 million in the same period last year. This solid financial performance is reflected in its continued growth with a record of net sales of US$440.0 million or an increase of 3.2% compared to the same period last year.

Up to date, the Company has continued to improve sustainability in the Company's business profile while maintaining a solid financial profile and strong liquidity. This is reflected in the Company's rating that was raised by S&P, an International Rating Agency from BB to BB+ in June 2019 and rank the third best for the category of all private non-bank companies in Indonesia. Moody's International Rating Agency also revised the outlook from stable to positive in November 2019.
